Order Processing
All pieces are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During collection launches or restocks, processing time may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience.
📦 Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for lost or stolen packages — but we’ll always do our best to help.
🛠 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our jewelry, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
💌 Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your piece is already in production and cannot be canceled.

Our materials include:
14k gold filled chains and findings (tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic)
Freshwater pearls with unique natural shapes and textures
To extend the life of your jewelry:
Store pieces separately in a dry place
Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions
Gently clean with a soft cloth
